Return & Exchange Guidelines


We love making Velvadeer jewelry, and we hope you love wearing it! If for any reason you are unhappy with your Velvadeer piece or you have a problem with your order, please email us at hello@velvadeer.com and we will gladly work with you to find a solution. We are here to help!

 

Please note:

  • All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved via email within 30 days of purchase.
  • You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refund, but we will offer an exchange of equal or lesser value.
  • Custom items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • All return items must be unworn and have all original packaging.

 

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend you include tracking and appropriate insurance. Velvadeer is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while in return transit.  

While all Velvadeer pieces are fairly sturdy they are not solid metal and should be enjoyed with care.  Wear & tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault.

This includes:

  • copper coating fade
  • surface scratches
  • oxidation
  • tarnishing
